Overview & features
The SaunaLife Rain-series R3 is an outdoor barrel shower built from thermo-spruce. Its curved enclosure creates a dedicated place to rinse before or after a sauna session or swim.
The R3 is capable of hot and cold water operation. Plan the supply connections, drainage and outdoor placement around the shower’s footprint.

Freight & unloading
Sauna kits travel as large freight shipments. Confirm appointment arrangements, truck access, liftgate availability and unloading responsibilities for your address. Curbside service does not include moving a kit into your home or backyard, assembly or electrical work. Arrange those services separately unless your quote explicitly includes them.
Availability & lead times
Ask for current stock status and an estimated dispatch window for your exact configuration. Dispatch and transit are separate stages; delivery timing is confirmed with the supplier and carrier. Avoid booking installation against an unconfirmed arrival date.
What can change the total?
A separate heater pallet, remote or restricted access, special unloading, storage or redelivery can affect freight costs. Your quote should state what is included and identify any unresolved charges before payment.

Returns & cancellations
Before paying, request the return and cancellation terms for every item in your package, including eligibility, deadlines, restocking charges and responsibility for return freight. Do not assume a custom or special-order item can be cancelled or returned. Obtain return instructions before shipping an item back.
Receiving your shipment
Check the shipment and packaging with the carrier when it arrives. Photograph visible damage, record damage or missing pieces on the delivery paperwork, and contact us promptly with the delivery record and photos.
